Price Match Policy

If you find a lower price on an identical item at an authorized local or online retail competitor (including shipping and delivery fees), just show us the competitor’s current ad or show a printout, photo, smartphone display or app, and we’ll match their price. If you found the price online, please present a link to the price from a qualifying competitor. A sales associate will then verify the match.

If you have the competitor’s advertisement, please present the entire printed ad or a photo/photocopy of the ad. Digital versions of printed advertisements are accepted. 

Price match will take into account any shipping and delivery fees. For example, if a competitor is offering an item at $100 plus $10 shipping, the match price will be $110.

  • Item must be in stock at competitor (not on backorder) at the time the price match is requested
  • We reserve the right to limit requests to reasonable quantities. If you’re looking to buy a significant quantity of a specific item, please contact a sales associate to see if a volume discount is available.
  • We will verify each price match request before applying a discount

    • Note:
    The price match policy doesn’t apply to installation labor, clearance, closeouts, discontinued products and refurbished, used or damaged items. We also won’t match a competitor’s rebate offers, sales tax promotions, senior discounts, buy-one-get-one-free sales or advertising/pricing errors.
