How is the cover packaged for shipping?
Fan-folded, then tightly rolled onto a heavy-duty ~10" cardboard core — strong enough to carry the full roll by inserting a bar through the center. Mounted on a custom wooden pallet and wrapped in stretch film for freight protection.
Do you offer special pricing for schools and athletic programs?
Yes. As the manufacturer, the prices you see on our website are our direct prices — no distributor markup. Schools, leagues, parks departments, and facilities all purchase at the same factory-direct price.
Will I need a liftgate for delivery?
Most schools and parks do need a liftgate since they don't have a loading dock. A $150 surcharge applies for liftgate service. Remote/rural locations: $200. Commercial dock delivery on orders $300+ ships free.
